Educating all parties involved in the GENEX Care for Ohioprogram is the key to success. GENEX Care for Ohiohas staff available to assist throughout the education process.

GENEX educational materials include employee identification cards and customized injury packet to assist employers through the injury reporting process. GENEX offers on-site training and education; employer claims reviews conducted on-site or via phone, email, internet conference; and injury and medical bill payment reports monthly or quarterly.

Satisfaction Surveys

GENEX Care for Ohio will conduct employer, employee, and provider satisfaction surveys to promote continuous improvement of all services provided to employers and their employees.
