Large Bill Negotiation

The GENEX Out of Network Bill Review goes beyond standard utilization, line item analysis and bill review programs. Large Bill Negotiation service is generally intended for use with bills typically totaling $10,000 or higher, but this figure may vary by client. Bill turnaround is rapid, usually within 8 to 10 days.

Immediately upon notice of an eligible bill, the experienced GENEX staff will attempt to negotiate a discount. With a successful negotiation, a signed letter of agreement from the provider detailing the terms is obtained. Our negotiation is considered a final adjudication of any/all current and subsequent bills.
