The CHOICE Provider Network is key to the success of GENEX's return-to-work services. At GENEX, we know the provider has the biggest impact on the outcome of a workers' comp claim. So we consider our network of providers our business partners.
Using a proprietary methodology, the CHOICE Provider Network targets the most experienced workers' comp physicians. We take into consideration the local medical communities, the impact and issues of local employers and related demographic/economic indicators. Our methodology allows us to partner with the most experienced physicians available. Our philosophy gets results.
- The CHOICE network is specialized for workers' compensation.
- CHOICE's unique network philosophy includes direct provider contracting (where available) and fair payment for excellent work.
- We build strong, lasting relationships with our providers because they, in turn, provide excellent services to our customers.
- We expect a lot from our providers, so we give them the support they need to be successful in workers' comp.
- We utilize a Provider Relations staff whose primary responsibility is to support our providers. Whether they need help getting paid, resolving an issue with an injured employee, or just need advice, CHOICE Provider Relations staff is just a phone call away.
Because we support our providers, our providers communicate better with our clients, work more closely with the injured employees and their employers and strive to get those injured employees back to work in the most appropriate timeframe.
