GENEX Vocational Case Management services are provided for sick or injured employees unable to return to work with their original employers. Our goal is to help disabled workers attain sufficient work skills to compete successfully in the labor market. Such intervention can help GENEX customers realize a sizable reduction in wage loss replacement exposure.
Many of our Vocational Case Managers hold Master's degrees in counseling and rehabilitation, which enables them to provide appropriate services in most jurisdictions. In addition, many have other certifications in related fields, including: Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC); Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS); Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor (LRC); American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE); and Certified Case Manager (CCM).
Quality Assurance Program
The GENEX Quality Assurance Program operates under a model of Continuous Quality Improvement, assessing and analyzing all aspects of the Case Management process. Our goal is to promote continuous improvement in the delivery of medical and vocational Case Management Services by identifying all processes and outcomes that optimally meet customer needs.
