Going one step beyond the Job Analysis service is GENEX's ability to provide a Job Bank and Video Job Analysis. Job Banks provide documents that accurately depict multiple jobs within your business that objectively state the physical demands of the position. Job Banks help with the return to work process from the onset of an injury. They will guide the medical providers in a direction of return to work and provide documentation to make an objective return to work decision.
Video Job Analysis will visually engage the medical providers and enable them to make clearer informed decisions regarding the return to work process. Videos are made available to the provider group of your choosing and are in a digital format to be viewed on any computer and transferable via CD-ROM or DVD. Videos are always pared with a Job Analysis to outline the physical demands depicted in the video.
Job Banks and videos are stored on a secure network and are available to the employer, provider, and any GENEX Case Manager that may be assisting with a specific case as it relates to Return-to-Work.
