In an effort to make reporting a much more automated and accessible product for customers, GENEX developed the GENEX Information Gateway (GIG), an intelligent production processing system that automatically runs a pre-determined set of reports, and delivers them to a user's library to be accessed or used for future reference. This library will maintain up to two years of prior monthly or quarterly reports so prior period data can easily be available for comparison. For one-time only timeframes or customer reports, GIG provides an easy to use internet based self-service reporting application.
Using a secured website, registered users can generate standardized reports on GENEX field case management, medical review services, telephonic case management and utilization review services.
The website utilizes user-friendly "report launch page" for each report that will, step by step, allow you to choose reporting parameters (i.e., customers and dates) and generate reports in the user's choice of format. Once created you have the choice to save, print or send the report output.
