The Industrial Commission of Arizona has updated the Physician’s Fee Schedule. The schedule went into effect Oct. 1.


The Department of Industrial Relations announced the following California fee schedule updates that went into effect Oct. 1:

In other DIR news, department officials announced the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule (MTUS) Drug List has been updated and went into effect Oct. 1.


The Workers’ Compensation Board has updated its Inpatient Facility Fee Schedule. The schedule went into effect Oct. 1.


The following Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry fee schedules have been updated and are effective Oct. 1:


The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation has updated the Billing and Reimbursement Manual. The new rules became effective Oct. 1.


The Department of Labor and Industry has updated Part A (Tables A through J) and Part B Medical Providers. The update became effective Oct. 1.


The Division of Workers' Compensation’s Medical Fee Schedule update has been adopted. The schedule became effective Oct. 1.
