IMEs, Case Management and Peer Review

February 25 / 2:00 pm ET

Independent medical examinations (IMEs) are designed to clarify clinical and case issues in workers’ compensation, disability or liability associated cases. In this course, the instructor will outline reasons for ordering IMEs, how to choose the best provider, and the cost-benefit for objective clinical data. This course will assist the claims manager in understanding the use of IMEs to reach the goal of returning the claimant to work.
