Millions of Americans currently live with a disability that requires workplace modifications. This course provides an overview of assessments designed to screen and assess employees’ vocational status based on the level of disability. The instructor will review statistics and data associated with return-to-work programs, lost-time injuries, and lost return-to-work days, and provide best practices to assist the adjuster and case manager in modification decision-making.
